• Booking Process: You must provide complete and accurate information for bookings. Confirmation is subject to payment and availability.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and exclude taxes, fees, or surcharges unless specified.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Refund policies vary by service. Standard policy: Cancellations 48 hours before departure incur a 25% fee; within 48 hours, 50%; no-shows are non-refundable. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may allow full refunds at our discretion. Contact us for specific terms.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.

We may remove content and terminate access for violations.
